Konrad is all grown up! The virtual kitten for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality has developed into a bright-eyed cat. Of course, he is still playful and looking for player’s attention, but Konrad isn’t alone anymore. Someone dropped a basket filled with little orphaned kittens overnight and Konrad immediately took care of the cute little fur balls .
So far Konrad has been strictly a day-active house tiger, but these days are over now. The lively new arrivals demand his full attention at night. After sunset, the door to the new kitten’s room opens where they impatiently wait for him to explore the new world.
Players control Konrad, who then takes care of the little ones. Each of the nine kittens has its own head and needs. The adventurous among them want to let off some steam, while others are always hungry and need to be fed. And if a kitten gets lost, it is Konrad’s job to find it and bring it home safely. After an exciting and exhausting night, the kittens sleep through the day and dream of Konrad’s next visit.
Fun in the snow
The new kittens are simply too cute, but Konrad is also looking to experience his own adventures. With the new update, players can now explore a brand-new world with him. In addition to the previous five worlds (living room, bathroom, kitchen, Sunny Beach and forest), the Snowy Valley has opened its gates. For the first time Konrad sees snow here – and he is thrilled! Undaunted, he jumps on a snowboard or has action-packed snowball fights with moles. And as a little snack in between, he snatches the snowman’s carrot nose.
And much more
In addition to both the new kittens and the Snowy Valley, developer FusionPlay has implemented many other innovations and improvements with this update. Among other things, Konrad appears even more alive as he now looks at players directly or winks at them. In addition, a lot of gameplay elements have been optimized, players now have more influence on the wheel of fortune, and a new quick-start mode lets players get into the game faster.
Konrad’s Kittens is out now for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality. More information can be found at www.KonradTheKitten.com.
